Product designer with 3+ years experience creating digital products.

My approach consists of three principles: empathy, data-informed approach and collaboration. I create designs that solve user problems and help the product grow. I actively interact with the team, combining different points of view to find the best solutions.


In my free time, I study AI and experiment with its application in my work. To maintain balance, I meditate, enjoy sunsets, and walk in the woods.


Now I am open to new opportunities and looking for a product with a developed design culture in which to create valuable and exciting pieces.

UX researcher

During the Discovery phase, we embark on a comprehensive journey to understand your brand, objectives, industry landscape, and target audience. I create visual mood boards to capture the essence of the project and define the typography, color palette, and motion elements that will breathe life into the design. I determine the most effective strategies for presenting the content of your site, ensuring visitors can effortlessly navigate and engage with your content.

 

2022 - 2024

UX researcher

Optimized key user flows, preventing annual losses exceeding $500 Streamlined the process of identifying devices requiring repair, reducing the number of actions from ~300 to 6Ø. Redesigned the equipment problem alert system, reducing critical failures detection time by 50%. Shortened the time from problem detection to start of fix 12 times (from ~4 min to ~20 sec). 

Developed a device repair prioritization system based on their impact on business metrics, resulting in a 20% revenue increase. Established a culture of qualitative research within the team. Conducted a two-day field study, traveling to a farm and working side by side with farm technicians to gain deep insights into their needs and challenges. 

Developed tools to enhance engineer synchronization, eliminating scenarios where multiple people started repairing the same device.
